Welcome to our 2 newest team members!

The Prism Group is proud to deliver effective, human-centered mediation services through a team of 4 highly trained mediators. However, our mediators are just the tip of the ice burg. There is so much going on beneath the surface that allows us to deliver the quality of results we do, and it all starts with an incredible team of women who take care of everything from coordinating schedules to refilling the candy bowls.

It is with tremendous pleasure that we welcome 2 new team members to our office crew, Maranda Silva and Monika Guiberteau. You may start to see Maranda’s name in the signature of scheduling emails or hear her voice on the phone as she helps you coordinate the details of your mediation. You’ll soon be greeted by Monika when you arrive to our offices, Claris Pointe, and every comfort and convenience— from our catered lunches to a fully-stocked Care Cabinet, and freshly baked cookies to the Netflix password— will be Monika’s realm.

While it’s easy to assume these services and duties are “small” and menial, we truly believe it’s those “little things” that not only set us apart, but that aid in our ability to resolve 90% of the cases that come through our doors. Treating people like people rather than cases is a fundamental value of Prism Group, which is why we take our team growth seriously and intentionally select people who we know will contribute to that value.

Monika and Maranda embody that “people first” spirit we have at Prism and we couldn’t be more pleased to welcome them aboard!
