  • Why mediate a case?

    Mediation is the only tool in the claims management process that can actually close a claim. Other tools can be useful for posturing a claim for closure, but mediation is the only tool that can bring a claim to closure.

  • How do I schedule a mediation?

    The quickest way to get on our calendar is to fill out our scheduling form. We schedule on a first-come-first-serve basis and fill up quickly, so the more information you have ready at the time of your inquiry, the better!

  • Why does Prism prefer its office for mediations?

    Our facility, Claris Pointe, was designed to help make all parties as comfortable as possible in the midst of a potentially uncomfortable process. It’s hard to get people to make big decisions when they’re uncomfortable, which is why we believe our offices facilitate resolution quickly and effectively.

  • What if I’m not sure if a case is “ready” for mediation?

    One of our mediators would be happy to discuss this with you. Please call or email our office to get in touch. It can never hurt to ask!
