TERI BOUDREAU

How long have you been with Prism Group and how did you find your way here?I have been a Prism Group team member since its inception 16 years ago, although my journey of working with Alan began way back in 1986! It's been a rewarding and ever-changing journey filled with adventure, teamwork, faith, an abundance of laughter, and the occasional rugged road driving through the dark without headlights (metaphorically speaking, of course!). We only have one ride through life, and I am grateful to share this part of my ride with an amazing group of humans. What is it that you enjoy contributing to the Prism Team?I enjoy contributing my organizational and management skills to the Prism team, and I enjoy helping to keep our mediators on track with their busy schedules. Greeting new folks and familiar faces with a friendly smile is something I look forward to every day.What/how does being a part of the Prism Team add to your life? The Prism Team is my extended family. It is a true blessing to work with people who motivate me to grow, aim high, achieve and smile. What have you learned from the mediation business that has helped navigate your life challenges?Although I'm still a work in progress, I've learned how to better communicate and listen to others. Most importantly, I've learned that being right isn't as important as being kind. What is your favorite way to spend time outside of work?I enjoy spending time in my kitchen cooking and baking for family and friends (it's how I say "I love you!"), hosting family dinner and game nights, cuddling with my two grandchildren, Summit & Knox, visiting with friends over a glass of wine, and listening to music. What are you reading and watching right now? Any recommendations for us?Recently, I finished reading Rebecca, a 1938 novel by English author, Daphne du Maurier. And I’m looking forward to watching the next season of "This is Us" and "The Crown".What famous or well-known individual would you most like to meet and have a conversation and why?I would have to say Princess Diana because of her quote: "Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you." I also read she had a "wicked sense of humor" ... I think we'd get along just fine.
